Job Description:

We are looking for a VMC Setter responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Set up VMC machines as per job requirements

·         Load programs, set tools, and perform tool offsets

·         Read and understand technical drawings

·         Monitor machining operations and ensure accuracy

·         Inspect finished components using measuring instruments

·         Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures

·         Report production issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

·         ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade

·         Basic knowledge of VMC operations and tooling

·         Ability to read engineering drawings

·         Knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
