Experience-3+ years of proven hands-on development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

superior solar mounting systems - including fixed-tilt solutions and advanced trackers. We pride

ourselves on precision engineering and delivering gigawatt-scale solutions that conquer

challenging topography worldwide. We are expanding our operational technology team in Erode and

are looking for a key developer to digitize our global processes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Power Apps Developer to build, secure, and maintain high-impact

business applications across our Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

departments. You will play a foundational role in modernizing our operations by leveraging the full

Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications using Power Apps (Canvas and

Model-Driven) and manage data within Dataverse.

• Create and maintain scalable automation, workflows, and business processes using Power

Automate.

• Ensure solutions prioritize security, availability, and adaptable functionality, including the

implementation of granular, role-based security models.

• Manage the full Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, utilizing environments,

solutions, and modern deployment practices.

• Develop robust integrations using Custom Connectors and RESTful APIs to link the Power

Platform with external systems like our ERP database and HubSpot CRM.

• Apply strong UI/UX principles to ensure new applications are intuitive and drive high user

adoption across technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid practical understanding of the Power Platform infrastructure, security model,

licensing, and governance.

• Demonstrated experience integrating Power Apps with external data sources using SQL,

APIs, or Custom Connectors.

• Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for seamless

collaboration with Canadian and international teams.

Desirable Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, database manipulation, and data

transformation/integration.

• Familiarity with Power BI for creating integrated reports and dashboards.

• Experience with client-side scripting (JavaScript) for extending model-driven application

functionality.

• Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) nice

to have.
