Job Title: Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2-8 years
No of Openings : 2

Qualification : 10^th , 12^th , ITI , Diploma

Job Description:

We are looking for Manufacturing Quality Inspectors to inspect parts and processes to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components

·         Check dimensions and quality as per drawings and specifications

·         Use measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.

·         Record inspection results and maintain quality documents

·         Identify and report defects or non-conformities

·         Coordinate with production team for quality issues

·         Follow quality and safety procedures

Requirements:

·         ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

·         Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes

·         Ability to read engineering drawings

·         Knowledge of measuring instruments

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience in machining / fabrication / assembly inspection

·         Understanding of quality standards (ISO – basic knowledge)

·         Good attention to detail and reporting skills
