Qualification : 10^th , 12^th , ITI , Diploma

Job Description:

We are looking for a CNC Turning Setter responsible for setting up CNC turning machines to produce components as per drawings, quality standards, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Set up CNC turning (lathe) machines for production

·         Load and adjust programs, tools, and offsets

·         Read and understand engineering drawings

·         Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy

·         Inspect components using measuring instruments

·         Ensure machine safety and proper housekeeping

·         Report issues related to quality or machine performance

Requirements:

·         ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade

·         Knowledge of CNC turning machine setup

·         Ability to read technical drawings

·         Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge)
